Partner with Operations and Program Office functional teams to support production, development, and depot contract execution. Manage financial activities for multiple programs within a portfolio. Support program startup, maintenance, and financial activities, including intercompany transfer processing, project setup, and NWA management. Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) cost and schedule control activities. Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including LRE development and financial variance analysis.
Support IPT coordination, development, and delivery of monthly financial forecasts. Prepare and analyze quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs), including cost analysis, risks, and opportunities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and internal customers across multiple locations and time zones.
You Must Have:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience performing financial analysis and reviewing financial data. Experience preparing financial reports and summarizing financial analysis. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
We Prefer:
Experience using SAP financial tools or systems. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). Experience with manufacturing or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in the aerospace and defense industry. Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Experience identifying and resolving program or financial issues. Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting established deadlines.
Experience implementing process improvements. Experience communicating financial or program information to stakeholders at different organizational levels. Experience working independently and managing assigned responsibilities. Prior Program Controls experience. Active security clearance.
