Senior Security Analyst – Onsite

Location:

US-CA-Goletta H01, 6380 Hollister Ave, BLDG H01.

Security Clearance:
Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret clearance required prior to start. U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary: 75,800 USD – 144,200 USD.

• Administer security clearance briefings for employees granted clearance.
• Debrief personal retirees/terminations.
• Continuously evaluate personnel security compliance with requirements.
• Conduct security self‑inspections, program reviews, and risk mitigation.
• Support customer assessments and implement security measures.
• Administer day‑to‑day security programs, personnel processing, audits & self‑inspections, violation investigations, logs, and visit certifications.
• Analyze security issues and provide focused solutions.
• Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity.
• Willing to work extended hours in a fast‑paced, driven environment.

• University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree.
• Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret clearance prior to start.
• Experience with NISPOM, ICD 705, or classified environment.
• Experience with Microsoft products.
• Ability to solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity.
• Self‑starter with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work extended hours in a fast‑paced, driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service oriented team player.
