In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Part Time Pay Rate: $25.98 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors and/or site contacts.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
* Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior, restricted area violations, and/or procedural issues.
* Support site operations by documenting incidents, completing required reports, and following post orders for inspections, alarms, escorts, and/or emergency notifications.

Minimum Requirements:

* A guard card/license is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
