, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech and media location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. • Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting security‑related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and report unauthorized access attempts, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior.
• Support daily operations by following post orders, observing workplace activity, and sharing timely updates on security‑related incidents, hazards, and/or policy concerns.

• Possess at least 6 months of security‑related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
