Security Officer Commercial Property

Position: Security Officer  Commercial Property
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may need attention.;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions as directed by site policies, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.;
Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced business environment.
