Skills/

Experience:

Prior experience with NISPOM, ICD 705, or a classified environment is required. Microsoft product proficiency preferred.

• Administer security clearance briefings to employees granted a clearance and conduct personal debriefings upon retirement or termination.
• Continuously evaluate compliance of personnel security activities with security requirements.
• Conduct security self‑inspections, program reviews, and audits; investigate violations and produce reports.
• Support customer assessments and implement security measures to meet requirements.
• Manage day‑to‑day security programs, including personnel processing, document control, visit certifications, mail logs, and alarm response for open storage areas.
• Analyze security issues and provide focused solutions to routine problems of limited scope and complexity.
• Operate within a fast‑paced, high‑drive environment and be willing to work extended hours.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Experience with NISPOM, ICD 705, or working in a classified environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products.

• Self‑starter with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for routine problems of limited scope.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented and a team player.

• Salary range: $75,800 – $144,200 USD.
