• Perform general repairs on the building, fixtures, furniture, and restaurant equipment
• Handle interior and exterior painting and touch-ups
• Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and irrigation checks
• Clean windows, entryways, and patio areas
• Complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs (leaks, clogs, light fixtures, outlets)
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on kitchen and facility equipment
• Inspect the property regularly and report or resolve safety hazards
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for larger repairs
• Keep maintenance logs and track supply needs

• 1+ years of maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience (restaurant experience a plus)
• Working knowledge of basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repair
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and climb ladders
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to prioritize repairs
• Good communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to work some early mornings, evenings, or weekends, since much of the work happens outside service hours

• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of basic HVAC or refrigeration maintenance
• Pesticide or landscaping certifications
