• Real-time embedded systems
• Digital signal processing
• Dev Ops technologies and methods

• Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools.
• Develop new work products or enhancements of existing applications and systems.
• Participate in internal reviews of software components and systems.
• Collaborate with our chief engineers and other disciplines within Engineering.
• Work on difficult problems with defined scope, schedule, and expectations.
• Follow established development practices and processes to maintain the configuration management of software products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Entry level position open to candidates with 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
• Experience with C, C++, or C#.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

• 1 year or more of Calculus, Physics, and Computer Science studies that include assembly level programming, plus coursework covering modern software languages.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, systems software design, operating systems and architectures.
• Knowledge of assembly, C/C++ programming, structured programming concepts.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• 3.0 cumulative GPA desired.

The salary range for this role is 62,900 USD - 119,700 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
