• Engage and consult with engineers to implement engineering software solutions and emerging technologies.
• Assist programs in adopting solutions, deploy engineering applications and manage installations and upgrades.
• Provide general user support for engineering tools.
• Coordinate resources to deliver appropriate tool‑related services and tailor tools to program needs.
• Troubleshoot tool‑related problems in Windows, Unix, and Linux environments.
• Collaborate with the virtual Support Service & Maintenance team, supporting multiple customers within schedule and cost constraints.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting engineering discipline tools such as Dev Ops, MATLAB, DOORS, Cameo, Creo, Vivado, Ansys, LabVIEW, etc.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex engineering tool problems on Windows, Unix, and Linux platforms.
• Experience applying software development principles and processes.
• Must obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience with Agile or SAFe software principles.
• System administration experience in Windows and/or Linux.
• Experience deploying containers via Docker or Podman and securing systems with CA certificates and LDAPS.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder interface skills.
• Ability to work productively with end‑users, analysts, and customers in a virtual, distributed team setting.

• Salary range: 118,300 USD – 224,900 USD.
