• Engage and consult with engineers on the implementation of engineering software solutions; assist programs in adoption of emerging technologies.
• Manage installations and upgrades of engineering tools.
• Deploy engineering applications, including software installations, configurations, integrations, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide general user support for engineering tools.
• Set and manage customer expectations while ensuring priorities are optimized.
• Collaborate with the virtual Support Service & Maintenance team across multiple customers.

• Degree in a STEM field and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience (unless prohibited by local law).
• Experience supporting engineering tools across disciplines (Software, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) such as Dev Ops tools (Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Coverity, Artifactory), MATLAB, DOORs, Cameo, Creo, Vivado, Ansys, LabVIEW.
• Proficiency troubleshooting complex tool problems in Windows, Unix, and/or Linux environments.
• Knowledge of software development principles and processes.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

• Experience with Agile software principles or SAFES.
• System administration expertise in Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Experience deploying containers with Docker and Podman, and securing systems using CA certificates and LDAPS.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage senior engineering leaders and program management.
• Effective collaboration in virtual, distributed teams.

• Security clearance type:
  DoD Secret.
• Active clearance required after day one.
