Senior Software Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team and work on the systems that support our company. If you are passionate about software development and want to make a difference, this is the position for you.

• Own projects cross‑functionally across teams.
• Take on the most challenging development projects and proactively tackle major challenges.
• Lead the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and systems.
• Provide guidance and unblock others; may function as team lead.
• May function as a team or segment lead.
• Follow standard software development life‑cycle processes.
• Develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications.
• Design and implement complex enterprise applications.
• Continuously innovate and modernize applicable software development technologies and trends.
• Create and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with operational teams regarding complex software concepts.
• Translate technical requirements and develop application interfaces.
• Manage time in a deadline‑driven, team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented software.
• Ability to learn desktop software development or web development technologies, tools and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of applicable development platforms such as Microsoft Stack or AWS.
• Proficient in all MS Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively solve technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science (or other relevant concentration) required. An additional three years of directly relevant software development experience may substitute for the degree requirement.

Salary Range: $98,000 - $125,000/Year, DOE
