Position Summary: The Construction Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves managing construction crews, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage construction crews and coordinate subcontractors. Monitor project progress and identify potential issues. Resolve construction-related disputes and address customer concerns. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintain quality standards and ensure workmanship meets specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. Previous experience in construction supervision or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and techniques. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Understand safety aspects of managing work within a turnaround
• Understanding of Process Welding & QC
• Manage Critical Lifts & understand the documentation required for the SWP
• Serve as contractor single point of contact
• Manage Contractor Tool Box Meetings
• Approve Contractor Time Sheets
• Use & Understand P6 Schedule and use to manage priorities
• Read & understand P&
• Support Bid Document Preparation
• Assist in preparation & vetting of job packages

Will need a Passport to travel to Canada (Corunna St. Claire Canada TAR location)
