Pay Range: $40 - 45$/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Lead assigned turnaround (TAR) events including maintenance and capital project activities
• Manage all phases of turnaround projects: scoping, planning, execution, and close-out
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Develop and manage turnaround schedules and site logistics
• Determine site layout and infrastructure to support TAR activities
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Manage project budgets and track expenses
• Ensure compliance with refinery safety standards, policies, and regulations
• Establish and promote a Zero Incidents / Injury Safety Culture
• Conduct and lead safety meetings and toolbox meetings
• Provide regular project status updates to management

• Must have skills:
  Turnaround (TAR), Construction , Shutdown, and Planning
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience)
• Previous experience in plant turnaround (TAR), shutdown, or outage coordination
• Experience in refinery, petrochemical, chemical, or manufacturing plant environments
• Knowledge of plant maintenance and capital project execution
• Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills
• Experience managing contractors in an industrial setting
• Understanding of building codes, plant regulations, and safety compliance
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Manufacturing plant operations and maintenance experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Budget tracking and cost management experience
