You’ll perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures.

The Branch team exists to enhance the financial lives of people in the communities we serve.

• Perform transactions such as check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to operational policies.
• Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
• Assist customers with technology challenges, casual conversation, and can showcase the cool services and products offered.
• Reduce customer financial anxiety by determining personal and business financial needs and guiding them to the appropriate solutions.
• Pull in experts to help guide customers toward their financial destinations.
• Ensure compliance with audit, security policies and federal regulations.
• Support customers throughout the branch: cash handling, service needs, and rotating through the branch based on customer needs.
• Leverage various tools and channels to recommend appropriate solutions and enhance customer retention and engagement.
• Travel between branches in the assigned local area and support the market as assigned.
• Work with an energized team of banking professionals, inspire teammates, and help keep the team positive.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of retail, sales or customer service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

• Associate’s degree.
• 2+ years of retail, sales, or banking experience.

Gonzales, LA: $43,680 – $43,680 for Branch Ambassador. Salaries in other locations will be based on the pay range associated with that location and will be reflected in the offer letter.
