We are seeking a full-time Block Valve Technician for an on-site position located in Gonzales, LA. The technician will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various block valves, ensuring compliance with OEM standards and safety regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting valve components, performing diagnostic tests, assembling/disassembling valves, and maintaining detailed service documentation. The technician will collaborate with team members to deliver timely and effective solutions for our clients' valve requirements.

• Proficiency in valve maintenance, repair, disassembly, assembly, and testing.
• Hands-on experience working with block valves and other types of valves within the industrial manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of OEM standards, safety protocols, and mechanical equipment diagnostic procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Organizational, report-writing, and time-management skills are essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification related to valve repair is a plus.
• Previous work experience in industrial manufacturing or valve services is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment.
