The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional client experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. The role drives individual and team sales results while building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations based on client needs.
- Grow personal business through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results.
- Coach colleagues, maintain store visual standards, and support training and talent sourcing.
- Capture customer data, participate in store initiatives, and provide feedback to management.
- Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience using digital tools to sell to customers is preferred.
