Experienced Tower Climber Technicians (Louisiana)
Full-time position with Betacom Incorporated, a company with over 26 years in the wireless industry, focusing on turnkey network builds, tower services, and infrastructure solutions across the U.S. The role involves installation, repair, and maintenance of cellular towers and related equipment.
Responsibilities- Perform transmission line and antenna system installation.
- Conduct repair and maintenance on lighting systems.
- Troubleshoot, replace, and maintain 4G components, coax, jumpers, TMA’s, connectors, and weatherproofing.
- Perform antenna and path alignments.
- Minimum 2–5 years of tower or telecom tower climbing experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Valid driver’s license (when required to drive).
- Computer literacy (for positions involving computer use).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience using the Sunsight Alignment tool.
- Certification with PIM and Sweep equipment is a plus.
- Experience performing transmission line and antenna system installation, including 4G component installation and RRH’s (required).
- Experience with repairs and replacement of defective equipment.
The position will be located across Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi markets. Frequent travel and driving of company vehicles may be required. Candidates must understand that relocation costs are not reimbursed.
