DescriptionResponsible for repair, service and operation of building equipment, building maintenance/repairs. Troubleshoot and repair worn and defective parts on mechanical equipment and refer problems to supervisor for scheduled repair. Inform supervisor and appropriate personnel of problems. Complete other labors as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements- Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for job title and the unit/area(s) of assignment.
- Excellent communication skills to include oral and written comprehension/expression.
- Ability to complete physical work activities as defined above.
- Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values (e.g., efficiency & financial responsibility, safety, partnership & service, teamwork, compassion, integrity, and trust & respect).
