Automated Dairy is looking for a dependable, hardworking Product Fabrication & Assembly Technician to join our growing team. This position is a hands‑on role that offers a mix of shop work and field work, giving you the opportunity to build products, assemble systems, and help install equipment at customer locations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and being part of a team. Experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, shows up ready to work, and wants to build a long‑term career.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in the fabrication and assembly of dairy equipment and automation products
  • Work alongside experienced team members to build and prepare systems for installation
  • Spend time in the shop assembling, wiring, fabricating, and testing products
  • Travel to customer sites to assist with equipment installation, setup, and service work
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow assembly drawings, instructions, and production standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and at a high standard

Requirements
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively
  • Comfortable working with tools and hands‑on tasks
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
  • Basic welding or fabrication experience is helpful but not required
  • Willingness to work both in the shop and in the field as needed
  • Ability to lift and move materials/equipment safely
