As an LPN at Bennett Hills, you'll play a key role in providing high-quality nursing care and enhancing the lives of residents by:

• Assessing and monitoring resident conditions
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Providing skilled nursing care with compassion and professionalism
• Collaborating with physicians, RNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Supporting and mentoring nursing assistants to ensure excellent resident care
• Promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

Required

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

Preferred

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care
