- 2 years of experience in payroll
- Experience with payroll taxes
- Ability to manually recalculate and audit payroll processing and calculations regarding all aspects of payroll
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of payroll laws in a multi-state environment.
- Utilize payroll system, and third-party software to build, review and audit exception reports to ensure company compliance.
- Analyze financial data to resolve discrepancies.
- Export, process and resolve weekly audits and reports to eliminate processing errors.
- Maintain appropriate supporting backup for system and employees’ updates and adjustments in company systems.
- Report lump-sum payments and interact with agencies to determine amounts to be withheld for company bonus programs by employees on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
