Overview
Role: Digital Test Manager
Location: Goodlettsville, TN (Onsite from Day
1)
Duration: 12+ months
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the QA delivery of five agile QA pods supporting digital platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end testing, regression testing, and automation efforts across Web, API, and Mobile (Android & iOS) platforms.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, hands-on technical knowledge, and experience managing hybrid onshore/offshore teams.
- Ensure quality through ISTQB or equivalent QA certification and adherence to best practices.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Automation (Playwright, Rest Assured, Espresso)
- Python
- XCUI Test
- Experience leading QA in digital/digital transformation projects.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills for managing hybrid teams (onshore/offshore).
- Proficiency with Web, API, and Mobile testing strategies.
