One of our clients is seeking a PC Support Specialist II to provide Tier 2 technical support for desktop systems, software, and peripherals across corporate offices, distribution centers, and field locations. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal functionality and performance of end-user devices while supporting hardware lifecycle refresh projects and enterprise IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience supporting a wide range of endpoint technologies.
The position works closely with other IT teams to resolve issues, support technology deployments, and maintain a high level of service for end users.
This role will be a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension.

AdditionalSkills & Qualifications
Associate degree in Computer Science preferred. Network+, ITIL, A+, or Microsoft Fundamentals certifications preferred. Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android environments. Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, VPN, and Active Directory concepts. Experience supporting remote users and distributed teams.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
