Experienced Bus/Diesel Service Technician

If you are currently working as a Bus Technician (mechanical) or truck technician (mechanical) (Volvo engine preferred) and would like a change from flat rate to an hourly rate with great benefits, this place is for you! Come work with Prevost and get paid while you develop your mechanical skills.

We are looking for 2nd Shift, Monday – Thursday from 12PM – 10:30PM. 4 Day Work Week with a $2.00 an Hour Shift Differential Pay!!!

• Diagnose and repair customer equipment.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and in a timely fashion per company requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on a continuous basis.
• Verify the materials and equipment are in compliance with ISO guidelines

• High school degree or equivalent (preferred)
• 1 year vocational (preferred)
• 2 years or more of on-the-job related mechanical experience
• Ability to read, write, and use a computer
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Possess basic tool set
• Lifting heavy objects 50+ pounds and more
• Standing for long periods of time

For this position, the base pay is set at $27.00 - $40.00/ hour, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
