Board-certified pediatricians and nurse practitioners follow American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) guidelines and view caring for the community’s children as a privilege.

The practice focuses on supporting patients’ health and wellness from birth through college building long-term relationships with families across generations.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care in a pediatric and adolescent setting, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, administering medications and vaccines, and assisting with procedures.

Day-to-day responsibilities include patient triage, telephone advice, care coordination, and patient and family education on health, wellness, and treatment plans.

The RN will collaborate closely with pediatricians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical staff to support safe, evidence-based care and ensure accurate documentation in the medical record.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Goodlettsville, TN, requiring reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to pediatric care.

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Clinical pediatric experience or strong interest in pediatric and adolescent care, including comfort with vaccines, growth and development, and common pediatric conditions.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, triage, and care coordination, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients in a busy office environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and support children, adolescents, and their families in a clear, compassionate manner.
• Ability to use electronic health records (EHR) accurately for documentation, orders, and follow-up, along with basic computer literacy.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, adherence to AAP guidelines, and participation in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills, reliability, and professionalism, with the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required; pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certification preferred.
