This is a full-time on-site role located in Goodlettsville, TN, for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing comparative market analyses, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will also handle real property questions, maintain knowledge of current market trends, and build strong client relationships.

This role requires proactive engagement with clients and collaboration with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes in real estate transactions.

• Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
• Proven experience in Real Estate and Sales
• Strong background in Customer Service and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate agreements
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Middle Tennessee
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using technology and real estate software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are beneficial
