Here is what we are looking for:

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of tax returns including Individuals, S Corps (1120-S), C Corps (1120), Partnerships (1065), and Fiduciary

Accounting and bookkeeping support for a diverse base of clients, including data entry, reconciliations, account clean up, allocations and adjustments, etc.

Tax research and analysis on varied topics under partner/manager direction.

Tax planning, projections, and strategy for business and individual clients.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Masters in Accounting/Tax a plus!

Masters in Tax a plus!

CPA/EA or candidate for either a plus

3 recent years of tax season experience

Experience with Quickbooks Desktop and Online

Experience with Lacerte tax software a plus!

Independent, self‑motivated, ability to keep on task without direct oversight

Excellent time management skills

Open to instruction and coaching

Professionalism;
Good written and oral communication skills

Dependable team player

Weekly day range:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
