We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to managers, employees, and customers. You will assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities to ensure efficient and smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and direct callers appropriately
  • Comfortably located in the classroom and provide teacher breaks when required
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Develop and maintain filing systems
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors for pricing
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Assist with accounts payable invoices and payment distribution
  • Provide general support to visitors and vendors
  • Act as point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of experience in a licensed child‑care facility
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized
  • Ability to work independently
