What will you do?- Manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support invoicing by gathering billing documentation and working with stakeholders on payment processes
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across organizational systems including ERP platforms
- Act as a dependable point of contact for internal and external inquiries with timely responses

- Microsoft Office — developing level; creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to support operations

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 54,400 - USD 81,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
