About GTI Fabrication GTI Fabrication designs and manufactures custom modular enclosures, energy systems, and industrial structures for energy, defense, and heavy-industrial markets. As GTI scales production and expands our product portfolio, the alignment between future customer demand and operational capacity has become critical to our long-term success.
To support our rapid growth, GTI is hiring a Global Demand Planner to serve as the strategic bridge between Business Development, Operations, Engineering, Production Control, and Finance. This individual will ensure accurate visibility into upcoming customer programs, forecast long-range demand, and validate whether GTI has the labor, equipment, materials, and manufacturing capacity required to support future growth.
Position OverviewThe Global Demand Planner is responsible for building and maintaining GTI’s forward-looking demand forecast based on sales pipeline activity, customer commitments, BD intelligence, and program timelines. This role will analyze future business opportunities to determine labor, material, and manufacturing capacity requirements — ensuring GTI does not over commit, under-resource, or miss strategic growth opportunities.
This role requires strong analytical capability, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate sales opportunities into clear operational forecasts and capacity plans.
