Join Amazon's North America Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (NA RME) strategy team as we create strategic initiatives for personnel, vendor solutions, and workforce optimization. Our team maintains state-of-the-art facilities - from large robotics-enabled warehouses to small, high-speed distribution centers positioned near customers. We optimize technologies across Global Customer Fulfillment, Sort Center/Air, and Delivery Network operations.
As part of the Organization Strategy Team, you'll develop and deliver business level initiatives through collaboration with People Experience & Technologies (PxT), Employee Relations (ER), Procurement, and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams. You'll drive multi-year strategies to enhance talent development and identify workforce solution opportunities. This role demands proven business development expertise to create strategic, cross-functional organizational design programs. You'll create project plans, develop processes, drive execution, and communicate directly with senior management.
Work from any NA RME location with 10% travel required.
- Create and identify key program milestones, risks, and solutions for the business at all levels
- Drive stakeholder collaboration throughout initiative lifecycle stages
- Manage escalations and balance business needs with operational constraints
- Coordinate risk communication across global internal and external teams
- Optimize cross-organizational structures to accelerate progress
- Identify and prioritize operational improvements
- Solve complex business challenges through root cause analysis
- Create organizational architecture and designs

About the TeamThe NA RME Strategy team drives organizational, business, provider, and talent strategy programs. We partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to improve labor costs, business readiness, and organizational effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
- MBA
- 5+ years of solving problems with technology in the Automotive & Manufacturing industries experience
