Overview
Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a C11 Licensed Foreman to support an upcoming new construction electrical project. This role will provide on-site leadership and serve as the responsible C11 license holder, coordinating electricians, general labor, and supplier partners across electrical, low-voltage, and limited MEP piping scopes.

Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Location: On-site – Arizona
Pay: DOE
Responsibilities- Serve as the on-site Foreman for new construction electrical work.
- Act as the responsible C11 license holder for the project (license rental arrangement).
- Supervise and coordinate local electricians and general labor crews.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners supporting electrical, low-voltage, and select MEP piping work.
- Plan and manage daily work activities, manpower, and schedules.
- Ensure all work complies with C11 licensing requirements, electrical codes, and project specifications.
- Communicate with project leadership, subcontractors, and site stakeholders.
- Support material coordination, deliveries, and supplier communication.
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and quality expectations.
- Assist with inspections, walkthroughs, and issue resolution.
- Provide hands-on leadership and problem-solving throughout construction phases.
- Active Arizona C11 Electrical Contractor License (required).
- Prior experience as a Foreman or Lead on commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Experience with new construction electrical work.
- Familiarity with low-voltage systems and basic MEP piping coordination is a plus.
- Ability to supervise mixed crews of licensed electricians and general labor.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, jobsite coordination, and construction sequencing.
- Reliable, hands-on leader comfortable working full-time on-site.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working in large, complex construction environments preferred.
