The Role
We are looking for a Carpenter to join our Operations team on a project in Goodyear, AZ. This is a full‑time position.
Key Responsibilities- Construct and maintain safety handrails and hole protection, steps and gang ladders, temporary weather enclosures and protection.
- Saw, strip, nail, measure, drill, and other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Experience working with concrete is a huge plus.
- Possess 5 years of construction experience.
- Must be able to read basic drawings.
- Have training on construction safety protocols (OSHA 10, fall protection, mobile elevated platforms).
- Must demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues.
- Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, able to stand or walk for long periods, use fingers, hands, and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
- Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and have adequate vision and hearing.
- Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing 50‑100 lbs. 75% of the time.
- Work in an OSHA‑compliant safety environment.
- Work outside.
- Work overtime and weekend hours.
- Punctuality and promptness required every day.
