Job Description – EHS CoordinatorSAVI EHS is seeking a motivated Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional to support safety operations on an active construction project in the Goodyear, AZ area. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting construction safety programs in fast-paced environments and possess foundational safety credentials such as OSHA 30, GSP, CHST, STSC, or equivalent.
This role will work closely with project leadership and site safety teams to help maintain compliance, support daily field operations, and reinforce a strong safety culture throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities- Support Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance across project operations
- Conduct and document daily EHS inspections and observations
- Assist with delivering site-specific safety orientations and trainings
- Participate in Daily Hazard Analysis (DHA) processes
- Support incident investigations and corrective action tracking
Assist with monitoring crane, rigging, and steel erection activities - Help ensure subcontractor compliance with project EHS requirements
- Promote safe work practices and positive safety engagement in the field
- Track and assist with compiling safety metrics and documentation
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and address potential hazards
- Support project leadership with implementation of site-specific safety procedures
- Assist with maintaining documentation and digital safety management systems
- 3+ years of construction EHS experience preferred
- Steel erection and large commercial construction experience highly preferred
- OSHA 30 required
- GSP, CHST, STSC, or equivalent credentials preferred
- Some college education in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital safety management platforms
- Strong communication and field coordination skills
