Digital experiences are a key part of how our customers connect with us. In this role, you ll design simple, seamless journeys across web and mobile that make it easier for people to access the care and support they need.
You ll be part of a collaborative team working on both new and existing platforms. From early ideas through to launch, you ll help shape experiences that are intuitive, accessible and aligned to our brand. Your work will directly improve how customers experience Bupa, making a real difference to their day-to-day lives. As a UX/UI Designer, you ll:
- Turn business requirements into clear, intuitive designs and user journeys
- Carry out user research to understand customer needs and test ideas
- Create design outputs such as wireframes, user flows, journey maps and prototypes
- Use tools like Figma to bring designs to life
- Apply and evolve visual design standards in line with brand and design systems
- Work closely with stakeholders to present ideas, share insights and gather feedback
- Refine and improve designs based on research and input from others
- Manage the full design process, from early discovery through to launch
- Make sure designs are accessible, consistent and work well across different devices
- Support and use design systems and component libraries to keep experiences consistent
- Stay up to date with design trends, accessibility standards and best practice
We re looking for someone who puts users first and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You ll bring:
- Experience in a UX/UI design role (around 2+ years)
- Strong skills in design tools such as Figma
- Experience creating user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
- A good understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
- Experience using a range of user research methods
- Confidence working in agile teams and managing your own workload
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Experience working with stakeholders and building strong relationships
- A portfolio that shows your design work across web and mobile
You ll be someone who is curious, proactive and enjoys solving problems. A global or multi-market experience would be a bonus.
