At Serenity, we are looking for a Client Intake Coordinator to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for our new and existing clients. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals looking to engage with our programs, guiding them through every step of their journey. You'll answer questions, gather essential information, and make sure each client feels valued and supported throughout the onboarding process.

This position is perfect for someone who loves helping others, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in making a great first impression. No specialized experience is needed—we provide full training to help you succeed!

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and returning clients, providing clear information about services and next steps in their journey with us
  • Gather and document important client details to ensure our team is prepared for upcoming sessions
  • Respond to client inquiries, providing answers about services, timelines, and expectations
  • Maintain organized, accurate records using internal systems to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless, positive experience for all clients
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, hospitality, client support, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation habits
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and conversations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience is a plus
