Community Associate – Address: 1300 S Litchfield Rd. STE 200A 85338 Goodyear, Arizona.

The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. Your responsibilities include handling all administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their businesses.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and check that cleaning staff have missed nothing. Throughout the morning you assist customers with tasks such as changing Wi‑Fi codes, locating missing packages, directing them to meeting rooms, setting up projectors, and providing coffee recommendations. You confirm that all services are properly charged and invoices are accurate.

During lunch and the rest of the afternoon you help with printing, invoicing, and opening service tickets for issues like temperature control. You coordinate with the Community Manager to plan networking events, send e‑invites, and create posters for noticeboards. You also introduce prospects to the IWG community, encouraging them to join and participate in upcoming events. The day ends with you wrapping up meetings, arranging a local dining spot, and ensuring the center is tidy before heading home.
