• Deliver a high-energy, positive service experience, encouraging members to achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain a clean and judgment‑free environment, ensuring the club’s hygiene standards are met.
• Recruit and enroll new and current members into fitness classes and the Black Card program.
• Assist at the welcome desk by checking in members, offering tours, and providing greetings and farewells.
• Serve as a leader and role‑model, fostering a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
• Adapt to variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet club operational needs.

Compensation includes a competitive salary, PF Black Card membership, and opportunities for growth.

• Minimum age 18, as confirmed by birthdate.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Passion for helping others and strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to dependability.
• Physical ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and climbing.

• Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of at least 50 lbs.
• Regular standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, balancing, stooping, kneeling, twisting, or crouching.
