Responsibilities
- Drive an exceptional operational experience for clients
- Identify learner escalation trends and surface feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
- Provide learner escalation support for clinical programming
- Analyze client and learner feedback for trends
- 2+ years or more of experience in customer success and/or client services role
- Strong investigative skills
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized across multiple systems
- Experience with generative AI tools
- Knowledge of ticketing systems like Zendesk and Jira is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent independent judgment
