Recreation Leader - Ticket Seller; Ballpark

Goodyear Ballpark is looking for Ticket Sellers to join our team for the upcoming Spring Training season! A Ticket Seller provides excellent customer service while administering the sales and distribution of game tickets in person and by phone at Goodyear Ballpark. Responsibilities include balancing cash and credit card receipts and tickets at the beginning and end of each shift, providing information regarding pricing, availability, and seating locations throughout the ballpark and troubleshooting customer mobile ticket issues.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, attentive to both customers and details and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. A general knowledge of smartphones and digital ticketing is preferred.
