Nurse Practitioner | GYN Primary Care

A fast-growing outpatient women’s health group in the Phoenix area is hiring Nurse Practitioners and CNMs to support a GYN-only practice with a strong focus on menopause care and hormone therapy. This is a high‑volume outpatient role with clear workflows, strong clinical support, and real opportunity to grow as the organization expands.

You will provide GYN-focused care (no OB), manage preventive care and chronic conditions within women’s health, and develop long‑term patient relationships. The model includes productivity upside and a predictable schedule designed to support both performance and sustainability.

• Provide GYN-only outpatient care (no OB)
• Manage menopause care and medical hormone therapy (MHT/HRT)
• Deliver preventive care and women’s health focused primary care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common gynecologic concerns
• Create and document care plans, follow‑ups, and patient education
• Collaborate with a dedicated triage RN team and APP/physician leadership

• Base salary starting at $120,000 with range up to $180,000
• RVU‑based productivity incentives
