Typical outpatient caseload focused on chronic endocrine management - Consults & Follow-Ups:
Yes follow-up visits and ongoing disease management - Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas:
Diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormonal and metabolic conditions FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS - EMR System: eClinical
Works (ECW) - Specialty Backup:
Collaborative access to multidisciplinary specialists and primary care providers - Support Staff:
Dedicated nursing and administrative staff supporting patient flow and coordination - Leadership & Reporting Structure:
Reports to Medical Director, West Valley Endocrinology - Reason for Opening:
Practice growth and expanding patient demand CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE - Board
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology (certification within 5 years of residency)

Active DEA, BLS - Credentialing Timeline: 6090 days
