Unbound Academy operates as a fully virtual, tuition‑free charter school where students complete their academic coursework efficiently using AI‑powered tools, freeing up time for live, instructor‑led workshops that emphasize collaboration, personal development, and real‑world readiness. Your responsibility is to ensure these sessions are seamless, engaging, and positive for every participant.

You will serve as the operational backbone of the student experience. You'll facilitate smooth transitions, coordinate small‑group activities, sustain energy levels, and provide timely support when students require guidance or motivation. Content delivery is not your responsibility—but the quality of the learning environment depends on your presence.

• Facilitating live virtual workshops by overseeing breakout sessions, managing timing, and ensuring smooth group transitions
• Promoting active participation through real‑time chat engagement, verbal recognition, gentle prompts, and one‑on‑one student outreach
• Maintaining student engagement, fostering confidence, and building connection throughout the school day
• Providing operational and logistical support to lead educators to ensure session continuity and flow
• Serving as a reliable, approachable presence across student clubs and life‑skills programming

• Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject‑specific content
• Developing lesson plans, grading assignments, or conducting academic evaluations
• Building curriculum or facilitating workshops without lead educator oversight
• Remaining passive or uninvolved—this role demands active participation and high energy

Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by maintaining student focus, organization, and enthusiasm across all workshop sessions.

• Available to start on August 1, 2026
• At least 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
• Educational background within U.S., Canadian, or U.K. school systems (K–16); must have attended school in one of these countries
• Strong communication skills and high comfort operating across digital platforms
• Energizing, student‑first presence with strong attention to detail and smooth transitions
• Willing to work full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm U.S. Mountain Time (UTC‑7)
• Willing to work in a hybrid role in Arizona

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
