BASIS Charter Schools is currently accepting applications for teaching positions for the  school year. We seek professionals committed to delivering a transformative K-12 education that fosters broad intellectual capabilities, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.

As a BASIS educator, you will work with a cutting-edge curriculum, participate in a robust faculty mentoring program, and contribute to our nationally recognized academic success. Our focus on excellence prepares students for future challenges and success.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject matter or 24+ credit hours in applicable subject with other degree.
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Master’s degree in subject matter or education.
• 2+ years teaching/education experience.

• Prepare and facilitate subject and grade-specific lessons.
• Provide instruction that exceeds grade standard to achieve exceptional results.
• Implement the BASIS Curriculum through creative lessons and assessments.
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop curriculum and build a professional community.
• Tutor students to enhance academic and career success.
• Manage student behavior to foster a respectful and productive learning environment.
• Support non-instructional functions like “Early Bird,” “Late Bird,” and lunch supervision.
• Maintain consistent attendance.
• Supervise students individually or in groups.
