Special Education Paraprofessional

.

• Provide dedicated one-on-one classroom support to a student with specialized educational and personal care needs throughout the school day.
• Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, mobility support, positioning, and personal care, while promoting student comfort, safety, and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement individualized learning and behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain flexibility to assist in other classrooms or assignments as needed while fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.

• High school diploma or GED required; applicable background clearance required prior to employment
• Previous experience supporting students with special needs, including behavioral and/or autism spectrum disorders, preferred
• Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Competitive Pay:
