The Kindergarten Jumpstart Summer Program provides incoming students with an early introduction to the school environment, helping to reduce anxiety and build confidence prior to the start of the school year. The program supports school readiness and promotes a smoother transition into kindergarten. Early exposure to classroom routines, expectations, and peer interactions helps students develop independence and positive behaviors that contribute to academic success.
Additionally, the program fosters connections between students, staff, and families, creating a strong foundation for ongoing engagement and support throughout the school year.
- Current District Employee
- Arizona Teacher Certification
- Must possess a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance card
- Fundations-trained preferred
- Primary grades teacher preferred
- Demonstrated ability to support student growth in reading
