Special Education Teacher providing 36-week instructional support in Goodyear, Arizona. The role delivers individualized education plans, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and ensures students with special needs receive high-quality, tailored instruction while meeting facility and compliance standards.

• Design and deliver individualized lesson plans for students with special needs.
• Adapt instructional materials to meet diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to integrate students.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to track progress and adjust strategies.
• Provide counseling and support to students, families, and staff.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and review IEPs.
• Implement behavior management techniques and interventions.

• 1 year minimum experience working with students in special education.
