Overview
The Working Lead Electrical Integration role is pivotal in overseeing and coordinating the integration of complex electrical systems within large-scale projects. This position ensures that all electrical components and subsystems are seamlessly integrated, tested, and validated to meet stringent performance and safety standards. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical systems integration within a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and integration processes.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex integration projects.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as NEC, IEEE, and relevant safety regulations.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience with automated test equipment and integration software tools.
- Knowledge of aerospace, automotive, or defense electrical systems integration.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile or PMP.
- Lead the electrical integration activities from design through system validation, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams to align integration efforts and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Develop and execute detailed integration plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical system issues during integration and testing phases.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
The required skills enable the Working Lead Electrical Integration to effectively interpret and apply complex electrical schematics and standards to real-world integration challenges.
