Key Responsibilities
Ensuring a safe working environment and promoting environmental responsibility. Partnering with leaders, individual contributors, and sites to provide a workplace free of recognized hazards. Providing tools and resources to educate employees on EHS hazards. Ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and country-specific EHS regulations. Reducing environmental impact through sustainable waste and environmental best practices. Managing employee safety, functional safety, operational safety, laser and radiation safety, safety in design and integration, safety engineering.
Conducting site/space audits and inspections, emergency response, chemical compliance. Supporting EHS training, incident reporting.
- 3 years experience required; 5 or more preferred.
- CHST certificate required; ASP/CSP preferred. OSHA 500 a large bonus.
- OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR.
- Incident investigation and employee care experience.
- Respectable attendance record.
- Complete daily walks, customer compliance asks.
- Audits pretask plans and equipment inspections.
- Attend customer and employer meetings. Be involved. Be a leader.

Compensationand Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
