MEP Project Manager – Data Center Group

We are currently seeking an MEP Project Manager for our Data Center Group located in Goodyear, AZ.

• Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scopes for large-scale data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Coordinate design development, constructability reviews, and clash detection with design teams, consultants, and trade partners.
• Oversee installation of critical systems including power distribution, UPS, generators, switch gear, chilled water, CRAHs/CRACs, fire protection, and BMS/EPMS.
• Manage MEP schedules, phasing plans, and work sequencing to align with overall project milestones and commissioning requirements.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, scope leveling, contract administration, and performance management.
• Drive quality control, QA/QC processes, and compliance with mission- critical standards and specifications.
• Monitor budgets, cost forecasting, change management, and value engineering for MEP scopes.
• Lead commissioning planning, functional testing, integrated systems testing (IST), and turnover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, site logistics constraints, and operational continuity requirements.
• Coordinate owner training, O&M manuals, as-builts, attic stock, and closeout documentation.
• Interface directly with owners, operators, AHJs, and commissioning agents.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks related to redundancy, resiliency, and system reliability.
• Support preconstruction activities including budgeting, constructability input, and trade engagement.

• 7+ years of experience managing MEP scopes on complex commercial, industrial, or mission- critical projects (data centers strongly preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of electrical distribution systems, mechanical cooling infrastructure, and mission- critical redundancy architectures.
• Proven ability to lead cross- functional teams in fast- paced, high- reliability environments.
• Experience with commissioning processes, integrated testing, and critical systems turnover.
